Auditing and reporting
All factory refurbished units coming off our lines are double checked and spot checked to ensure total accuracy of reporting. All units are benchmarked and stress tested using the most up-to-date software.
Operationally, strict adherence to controls and procedures ensure quality and precision of workmanship. From the capturing of specifications to data sheets (which are collated to reports) to the ultimate point of final storage, qualitative aspects of this process are essential to ensure accurate auditing and reporting of the recovered assets of our contractual partners and customers alike.
Through our highly efficient serial tracking system, all information regarding your returned asset is logged into our system via barcode scanning. This information includes:
- Asset Type
- Manufacturer
- Part number
- Serial number
- Configuration (e.g. processor speed, hard drive capacity)
- Peripherals included
- Software Type
