Warranty » Return Material Authorization Process
Goods that have been purchased from Mico may be returned for credit in the following circumstances:
- Your client has cancelled their order.
- You are experiencing a compatibility problem with the existing equipment or network.
- You have ordered the wrong item.
Please be aware that all items must be authorized for return by calling our offices. The dispatch clerk issues all RMA numbers. (Goods that are returned to Mico without an RMA number will not be considered for credit.)
Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Any returns after 7 days will only be considered for credit at the discretion of management and will incur a 20 % handling fee.
Returns that have been damaged, soiled or that are returned without the original packaging will only be credited at management’s discretion and will incur a R150.00 handling fee.
Careful attention to these procedures will ensure the smooth running of the cancellation process at all times.
