Workshop » Repair process

Is your Pc faulty? Yes – then return your PC to the fault report station in the workshop at Mico.co.za. Your PC will then be booked in for repair.
The computer is then setup and the technician firstly checks to see if you have a Mico product and if the product is still in warranty. (make sure that your unique Mico Systems serial number at the rear of your PC has not been removed.)
Should the warranty period have expired please be aware that you will be quoted for any repair work that is done (Mico rates apply).
Where your PC is still under warranty please supply the technician with an accurate and detailed fault description.
A customer Repair Order will be logged with your PC's details and fault description. You will be given a copy for your records.
Our Technician will try to replicate the fault that you described while you are present. If it was delivered by your courier we will contact you should we need more info to replicate the described fault.
We will always endeavor to fix your problem while you wait. Alternatively your PC will be booked in for repair.
Please be aware that the Mico system warranty applies to Hardware faults only. If your system fault is software related Mico.co.za will quote you on the necessary repair.
